About The Project :

Pre-construction stage construction management and supervision consultant. The pre-construction stage is the preparatory stage before carrying out construction with the following activities:

1. Check the planning documents and ensure there is no difference between the work items and the Plans, Specifications, and volumes in the BQ.

2. Provide input to LEN in preparing and compiling the program for the auctioning of physical construction works.

3. Together with the planning consultant, assist the tender committee in providing job descriptions at the time of job descriptions.

4. Provide input to the tender committee in conducting technical and price evaluations of incoming bids.

5. Compile reports and documentation of Planning Document review activities and the auction process.

   Pre-construction activities are carried out at the GIE/Client office in Jakarta/Bandung.

Construction stage supervision and construction management consultant. The pre-construction stage is the preparatory stage before carrying out the construction with the following activities:

1. Collect data as the first step of supervision, especially data that LEN does not provide.

2. Studying the Planning Documents that have been made.

3. Studying all work risks that exist in the Work.

4. Supervise the entire Work in accordance with the provisions and regulations

   in LEN, among others:

   1. Supervise the methods and systems for the implementation of the Work

      carried out by the implementing contractor and communicate with the

      planner and related parties at LEN.

   2. Supervise the constraints that exist during the implementation of the Work and communicate with the planning consultant and related parties at LEN.

   3. Supervise the specifications of materials/tools/materials and the quality of work results implementation of the Work carried out by the implementing contractor.

   4. Supervise changes to the planning results related to field conditions. Supervision of changes in planning results related to field conditions during the execution of the Work.

   5. Supervision of the building quality testing process and commissioning tests and qualification of the Work.
