GIE Scope of Work:
Delivered comprehensive planning consultancy services for the ITRS infrastructure development, including site surveys and multidisciplinary Detail Engineering Design for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, IT, and security systems. GIE also developed 3D models, Bill of Quantities, technical specifications, and project schedule controls. The assignment was completed within 100 days, including technical support during the tender clarification process and full project handover.
