Conducted a comprehensive piping flexibility and stress analysis using CAESAR II in accordance with ASME B31.3. The assessment identified a peak stress ratio of 169.3% and piping displacement of up to 93.8 mm, indicating excessive movement and potential support shifting. GIE provided engineering recommendations including expansion loop installation, piping support modifications, and axial stopper implementation to improve system integrity, operational reliability, and compliance.
