GIE Scope of Work:
Delivered comprehensive planning consultancy services for the ITRS infrastructure development, covering site surveys and multidisciplinary Detail Engineering Design for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, IT, and security systems. The scope also included 3D design development, Bill of Quantities, and technical specifications. The project was completed within a 100-day schedule with full documentation and final handover.
