Delivered comprehensive project and construction management services for the GRC BMKG project. The scope covered mobilization, site coordination, multidisciplinary technical reviews, schedule control, cost administration, procurement support, QA/QC implementation, and HSE management. GIE supported the entire project lifecycle, from construction execution through testing, commissioning, documentation, and final handover.
