Delivered comprehensive Detail Engineering Design and project management support for the Building Management System at BNI City Station. The scope covered technical reviews, system coordination, schedule and cost control, QA/QC implementation, testing, commissioning, and final handover. The project was delivered within a 75-day schedule, including warranty support and defect-free completion requirements.
